Hey I got my tincture but it didn’t come with instructions it was just wrapped in the wrap. Could I get the instructions sent by email possible ! Thanks so much the order came in a timely manner can’t wait to try it out.
It’s a very strong tincture so I eat a kumquat as a chaser to help with the taste. I’ve experienced high energy and lucid dreams, I was taking the tincture at night but found myself tossing and turning because of the energy boost it gives you. So I take the tincture in the morning. :) Once I’m ready to plan for pregnancy in the near future I will be purchasing more holistic teas to cleanse my body.

I did some research on PCOS because I have been dealing with no menstrual cycle for years. I went to my doctor and they ran test which the experience was a little traumatic.
