Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or for certain products (including our Fibroid Herbal Tea and specialty formulas), processing may take up to 7–10 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time and is not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Carrier Transit Time (Domestic – United States)
Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times vary by carrier and destination:
- USPS: 2–8 business days depending on service level and destination
- UPS: 1–5 business days depending on service level
- FedEx / DHL: 1–5 business days depending on service level
Total estimated delivery = processing time + transit time. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
International Orders
International orders (including Canada and other countries) may require additional processing time and are subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local carrier delays beyond our control. These factors can significantly extend total delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.
