Great stuff, and an update!

I only tried this tea in November 2024 and within about 1 week I saw significant results. I talked about it before, but basically after starting the depo injection August 2023, all hell broke loose with these uterine fibroids. I went from over 20 years of having a 7 day period every 21-24 days with 1 day of cramping the first day, to (after depo) having a 20 day period heavy with cramps, where nearly 5 out of 20 days were so heavy I needed a restroom every 2 hours. And was going through about 96 pads. AFTER USING THE TEA!! The periods reduced back to close to 7 days, maybe max 10 days, the cramps were about 3 days, 3 heavy days. But that was totally reduced. I literally saw those reduced results after about 1 week of taking the tea as instructed. So between 8/2023-11/2024 things were miserable. And 11/2024 things improved. I finished 1 container of tea. Finances are tight so I couldn’t keep buying it. This month August 2025 I started the last 2 weeks just eating fruits, veggies, and boiled eggs for breakfast. And cleaned up some other processed foods. I just had a period start August 14th. It’s been over for a long time already! It lasted maybe 6 days max I closing spotting, 1 day with cramping and heavy. That’s the only thing I’ve changed since the tea. And only during the last 3 weeks or so. An example breakfast (a lot of it is raw or not really a lot of cooking other than boiled eggs). Boiled eggs, corn, garbanzo beans, salmon, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, onion, berries. Another thing to mention I’ve stopped coffee for some time. I still have c4 preworkouts or yerba mate or v8 energy or Crystalite or neuro gum. I have a variety of types of caffeine and try not to have over 100mg a day and don’t consume any after 12 noon. That’s been my journey so far. This was the first and only month like this so far. But even with the tea I saw amazing results. And hadn’t had it since I completed it. I’ve had some ginger and dandelion cheap teas off Amazon.com and I didn’t notice anything from that specifically. And I don’t have it regularly. I’m not a dr and this is the first really health issue I’ve had to navigate other than anemia which I’ve often had even in childhood. I’m not sure if this month is just a random coincidence, or if my vegetable plates helped! Mind you, I’m not eating all of those veggies every day, just maybe 4 or how ever many fit on the plate with 2 boiled eggs and a hand full of berries. I wasn’t eating sausages or bacon or veggie breakfast meats or toasts. Occasional healthy cereal or plain oats where I only put cinnamon and no other flavoring. It’s the type of old fashioned oats that don’t spike your blood sugar. (Can’t recall the specifics). I stretch a lot. I try and hydrate a lot. I do go to the gym and workout some. I calculate about 250-400 mins of a combo of exercising, stretching and cleaning per week for the past 2 years now. So this is how my timeline has been. There have been results. The tea was the first step to those results. Im not sure if the vegetables are doing a lot or if it’s a coincidence, but I’ll try and leave another update once I have more data to work with. I think there is a lot of hope out there guys. Usually the drs say to eat vegetables and exercise and stretch. So I thought to myself a couple weeks back “what if I just stretch a whole lot?” Like 45-90 mins… and “what if I just eat a ton of vegetable and raw foods?” That’s where the vegetable breakfast plate came to mind. PLUS it’s fast! Some source said to eat a lot of “nutrient dense foods.” I didn’t know what that meant. So I looked up google images. And it showed me these beautiful variety plates. And it’s actually faster than cooking breakfast! Tasty! I don’t get weird issues and I’m totally full from the food. Plus it’s super simple to even prep it. I’m almost considering having one breakfast veggie plate, then for lunches a type of veggie bowl or bibimbap style of food. A final thing to mention, a friend told me about the brine for pickles or sour kraut. So I did eat these kimchi pickles and had a few forks full of sour kraut in the first couple days of this last period Aug 14th. She said it’s supposed to help cramps. But literally these are the only changes I’ve done differently. Veggies. And maybe this pickled. I really don’t feel like I even ate enough of these foods to see any results. But I feel when drs say to do more, most of us don’t know how much more. So I just tried to do a whole lot more. And I saw some movement. But these variables weren’t isolated. So I’m not even sure if I can attribute any of this to choices and changes, or maybe just a happy coincidence. I plan to give it until the end of this year. Some time after the tea, my cycle schedule of when it starts did get back on track as far as start dates too. The doctors don’t seem to put the info into the notes in my chart if I mention anything natural. But I’ve told them about this tea tons of times.

This tea has really helped me. You definitely have to stay consistent with it or the pain returns. Would love it if it came in tea bags! Would make it much easier to use. Thank you!
