Bought the soursop and black bitters to start my healing weightloss journey. I started with the black seed and when it finished I started the soursop. Honestly these are the nastiest things I’ve ever had the pleasure to taste, the soursop is more bitter to me. But after a while you get used to the taste and the bitterness is less noticeable. Right out the gate taking them my bowel movements became regular, my energy improved and my cravings for sweets, ice and food in general decreased. I thought I would have a workout plan along with taking them but it rained so bad for weeks and was too cold so I didn’t, but I still began to lose weight.
