Improve Your Digestion w/ this Ginger Infusion
Ginger is an ancient herb that has been used since the beginning of time. This herb can still be found very easily today. Ginger has a variety of benefits for the body, especially if you struggle with digestive issues. Ginger aids in the digestion, absorption and assimilation of food into the body.
Below is one of my absolute favorite ways to use Ginger to build the digestive system. It is incredibly simple to make with miraculous benefits.
1/2 Pound of Fresh Ginger
32oz of Water
32oz Mason Jar
Bring 32 ounces of water to a boil.
Chop 1 cup of ginger.
Place the chopped ginger into mason jar.
Add boiling water to mason jar and cover immediately.
Let Ginger Infusion steep for at least 1 hour.
Drink throughout the day to improve digestion.
