Red Clover

I've been struggling with perimenopause symptoms for far too long. I recently reached a breaking point and making some major changes in my life including my eating habits, workout routine and finding ways to slow down and manage stress. I've loved many products from Ancient Healing Teas over the years and ordered this tea with my last purchase. My hot flashes have been non-stop for about 2 weeks. One tea....just one and they are subsiding. I could cry with joy! I know I need to make some changes on my end but I'm endlessly grateful for the quality of the products that Ancient Healing has to offer. I have been using the Red Clover Tea for two weeks and I feel more energized.. one of the best things so far is that the hot flashes have decreased. I am praying that as I navigate this perimenopause, it will help to lessen the bleeding. Stay tuned.
