I just received my order yesterday and after one cup I already notice a difference. On the first day my period was heavy like always. That was the first day my period came and my first cup of the nettle tea. On the second day my period was light and a nice bright red, not dark. I didn’t have any clogging or camps or PMS symptoms I would normally experience. Plus i was very relaxed. I definitely recommend this tea.
