I have been drinking the tea for a short while. I do like the way it helps with keeping a regular digestive system moving. I do live by a vegan lifestyle and working to detox body. I started in April, did a 21 day water fast and using detox tea. My overall goal is to clean up the body to have relief from inflammation from back issues among vaccinations.

It is one of the best body cleamse I have ever used.

The dates definitely work. My body is so sensitive, so I had to cut the dose from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup. The iron is so potent - it interrupted my sleep. (Wide awake). I have changed the time I drink it as well from night to afternoon. I have been an anemic my entire life, & couldn’t take the regular iron tabs d/t constipation. So I was on a non-constipating dose which was very low and as I get older, they are not as effective, in keeping my energy up.
No such worries over here now. They DATES are the TRUTH.
